An ongoing police investigation continues to hold up the inquest into the death of a Norwich couple who died abroad more than a year ago.
A review, held at Norfolk Coroner's Court on November 28, heard that ongoing police investigations overseas are putting back the case of Hellesdon couple Kieron and Sharron Haines.
An inquest into their deaths is continuing to be prepared, however.
The pair died on the A-8 motorway near the Spanish resort town of Llanes, after their motorbike was involved in a crash with a lorry.
Area coroner, Yvonne Blake, said: "We're not ready for a full inquest yet as we're awaiting the outcome of the criminal procedure, because this is a death which took place abroad.

"The next pre-inquest review has been set for February 20, 2025."
The husband and wife, both keen motorcyclists, are reported to have been killed instantly following the collision on September 11 last year.
Reports at the time suggested that Mr and Mrs Haines, 68 and 65, came off their bike during heavy rain and were hit by vehicles following behind.
