Diss entertain Norwich tomorrow in what should be a wholehearted and competitive encounter.

The visitors will certainly be looking for revenge following an early season home defeat and will relish the opportunity of putting a dent into the promotion aspirations of a confident Diss outfit. With the forecast set fair, the hosts, second in London Two North-East, will certainly be wanting to play an expansive and attacking game once dominance has been established through the forwards.

Coach Roger Coombs is able to select a strong squad with a number of key players returning following recent injury niggles. In the three quarters Warren Wilby returns to partner last week's man of the match Josh Ludkin in the centre. Tom Holt returns to the wing, with Giles West also moving back to his favoured wing position to allow Matt Trede the opportunity to fill the full back berth.

In the forwards Paul Cayley returns to the boiler room and John Laurie completes the back row following a three-week rest. Coombs has the added satisfaction of selecting an extremely strong bench consisting of Henry Passmore, Peter Bray and Jack Keppel. Following a sell-out lunch of more than 200 supporters, nothing other than an important league victory will be expected by many.

However, Norwich, fifth, arrive in good spirits knowing they will host the same opponents in a Norfolk Cup derby next weekend and will be keen to gain momentum. The city side will be without Jonny Wheater and Dave Micklethwaite who are unavailable. They will play JC Brown at 10. Stewart Cameron replaces Micklethwaite in the back row. The rest of the squad is similar to recent games except for the inclusion on the bench of powerful forward Mo Chisholm who has recently returned to Norwich.

Coach Jonny O'Brien said: 'Diss are one of the best teams we have played this season so we know this will be a tough game, but we are looking forward to the challenge.

'We have been in good form recently winning the last three fiercely-contested games in some difficult ground conditions. As a result, confidence in the squad is high.'
