Norwich City academy forward Errol Mundle-Smith has signed his first professional contract with the Canaries.
The teenager joined as a scholar last season but has been rewarded with a Carrow Road deal after impressing at development level.
Mundle-Smith took to social media to share footage of his contract signing on Friday afternoon. City have yet to confirm the news on their official channels.
The 18-year-old notched 12 goals in 22 appearances at Under-18s and Under-21s level in 2023/24, and towards the end of the season was regular in Premier League 2.
He scored an eye-catching hat-trick at that level in a 4-1 win at Aston Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training complex in April.
Mundle-Smith is the latest asset to sign a professional deal since sporting director Ben Knapper’s arrival at Carrow Road in November 2023.
Welsh youth international, Elliot Myles, penned his first contract on his 17th birthday. Prolific academy striker Ken Aboh, who made his senior debut for the Canaries towards the end of last season, is expected to follow suit in the coming days after agreeing a deal to extend his stay at Carrow Road.
City also secured keepers Archie Mair and Dan Barden on longer term deals following the conclusion of last season.
