An Olympic medallist has made her return to her city rowing club.
Mere weeks after winning a silver medal in Paris, rower Sam Redgrave paid a visit to Norwich Rowing Club where she first found a love for the sport.
The crowd cheered on Saturday morning when she held up her medal at the club's home at Whittlingham Boathouse.
"We were so excited to have Sam back," said club captain Stuart Horth.
"We've been right behind her the whole way, from watching her learn to row to competing at the highest level.
"It was brilliant to celebrate her outstanding achievement - we all know how hard she has worked to get to where she is.
"We all got a good look at the medal - it was really heavy!"

Sam began her journey to the Olympics while studying for a Chemistry degree at the UEA, and continued to compete in the sport in the following years while working as a clinical support worker at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Now, the club is flying high after Sam's "inspirational" success.
"We've seen a huge increase in people who are interested in the sport," said Stuart.
"We coach people who row at the highest levels all over the world to people who are just starting out.
"We have launched a series of learn-to-row courses and increased the capacity to get as many people into the wonderful sport.
"Maybe we will meet some more Olympic hopefuls!"
