Four Norwich City youngsters featured as England's Elite League Squad beat Italy 2-1.
Ben Chrisene, Kellen Fisher, Kaide Gordon and Brad Hills all represented the Canaries in the squad, formerly known as the under-20s, with Gent's Max Dean completing a late turnaround after the Azzuri took a first-half lead.
Chrisene and Fisher started at full-back for England, playing for 80 minutes before being withdrawn. Hills came on as they departed, helping see out the win in a dramatic ending to the game.
Liverpool loanee Gordon played with all three of his club-mates having come on in the 69th minute, deployed on the right side of the Young Lions attack.
The victory leaves Paul Nevin's side on seven points from three games after an undefeated start to the season in the Under 20 Elite League.
Gabriel Forsyth also played for his country, starting in Scotland under-19s' 2-1 friendly win over Hungary before being withdrawn in the 73rd minute.
