Norwich City's under-18s will kick off their FA Youth Cup campaign at Carrow Road, after they were drawn to face Brentford at home in the third round.
The young Canaries will take on the London side at 7pm on Monday, December 9, hoping to go further than last year, when they fell at the first hurdle against Leeds United.
They'll go into the game as favourites, however, against a team that plays its league games in the second tier of under-18 football.
City have been in good form, going six games unbeaten before losing 3-1 to Chelsea earlier this month. Brentford, by contrast, have won just one of their last seven games, drawing 3-3 with Colchester United last time out.
Current Norwich technical director Neil Adams led his under-18s to an unlikely Youth Cup victory as manager in 2013, beating Chelsea in the final with a team that included Josh and Jacob Murphy, now-Luton striker Carlton Morris and Nottingham Forest left-back Harry Toffolo.
Tickets for the Brentford game are on sale to supporters, who will be seated in the South Stand.
