Norwich Theatre Royal has just made a 'giant' addition to its panto cast with the announcement of a top comic.
Karl Minns, one-half of Norfolk's favourite comedy duo The Nimmo Twins, will lend his voice talents to the role of baddie Giant Bonecrunch in Jack and the Beanstalk, which runs from December 10 until January 7.
He will join the likes of actor and social media sensation Joe Tracini, who plays the title role, comedian Rufus Hound and soap stars Amanda Henderson and Dayle Hudson.
Minns said: "When I initially got the call, I thought they physically wanted me to play the giant, which, considering I am 5ft10, I thought was a mistake.
"However, when they explained it was just the voice, I thought this is fantastic."
He will also be performing at the Playhouse with She Go Looks Back At 2022 From Behind With Friends from January 11 to 22.
Buy tickets for both shows on the Norwich Theatre website.
